By accessing the jililive 1 Platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and jililive 1 in relation to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, statements, and undertakings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

jililive 1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always the version displayed on this page, with the effective date noted at the top of this document.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Players regardless of their location within Bangladesh — whether in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, or Cox's Bazar — and to all devices and connection methods used to access the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute about meaning, the English-language version of this document shall prevail.

To access the real-money gaming and betting features of the jililive 1 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a Player account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.

Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing schedule. Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within approximately five minutes for mobile wallet methods during standard operating hours. Larger withdrawal amounts or accounts that have not yet completed full KYC verification may be subject to additional processing time. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the same account, or to a verified method registered under the Player's verified identity.

Verification requirement: Before processing any withdrawal, jililive 1 requires Players to have completed identity verification. Payment method restrictions: All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Any funds received from or sent to a third-party payment account may be confiscated and the Player account suspended.

Currency: jililive 1 operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied. Players depositing via international cards (Visa, Mastercard) may be subject to currency conversion fees applied by their card issuer — jililive 1 bears no responsibility for such charges.

Declined transactions: jililive 1 is not liable for losses arising from declined deposits or delayed withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or technical failures outside jililive 1's direct control. In the event of a system error that results in a deposit being credited twice or an incorrect amount, jililive 1 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the account balance accordingly.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion page in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and accounts suspended.

Game contribution: Different game types may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Typically, slot games contribute at 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all toward specific bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal of real funds: Where a Player account holds both real funds and bonus funds simultaneously, real funds will typically be used for wagering first unless otherwise specified. Players may choose to forfeit their active bonus at any time through their account settings, though this will result in the removal of all bonus funds and associated winnings from the account.

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own name or any alias, for any purpose.

• Unauthorised access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other Player's account, to jililive 1's backend systems, or to any part of the Platform not intended for Player use.
• Intellectual property infringement: Copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any content owned by jililive 1 — including game assets, brand materials, software, and promotional content — without express written permission.
• Abusive behaviour: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward jililive 1 staff, support agents, or other Players through any communication channel on the Platform.
• Arbitrage betting: Placing bets that exploit discrepancies between jililive 1's odds and those of other operators in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, in contravention of the spirit of fair sports wagering.

jililive 1 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to Prohibited Conduct, including immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities. jililive 1 may also pursue civil legal remedies to recover losses caused by fraudulent or prohibited activity.

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your jililive 1 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before processing the closure, jililive 1 will verify your identity and confirm that there are no outstanding disputes, pending wagers, or unmet wagering requirements. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal verification process.

Voluntary self-exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling can activate a self-exclusion period through the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings. Self-exclusion options range from a 24-hour cooling-off period to permanent account closure. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the chosen period. jililive 1 will use reasonable technical measures to enforce self-exclusion, though it cannot guarantee that all access methods will be blocked. Suspension or closure by jililive 1: jililive 1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• A Player being found to be ineligible to hold an account (e.g., underage, located in a blocked jurisdiction).
• Requirement to comply with applicable law, regulatory guidance, or court order.

Funds upon closure by jililive 1: If jililive 1 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any real-money balance held in the account may be retained by jililive 1 pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited. Where no breach is established, the verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method.

Inactive accounts: An account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. jililive 1 will attempt to contact the Player via their registered email address before taking any action. If no response is received, jililive 1 may apply a monthly administration fee to the dormant balance or close the account entirely. Any remaining real-money balance will be held in trust and returned to the Player upon successful identity verification and account reactivation request.

Disputes following closure: Any disputes arising from account closure must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the closure date. jililive 1 commits to acknowledging all closure disputes within 72 hours (BST) and providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jililive 1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from technical failures, internet disruptions, game server outages, or third-party payment processor errors. jililive 1's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the relevant event.

Intellectual property: All content on the jililive 1 Platform — including but not limited to game assets, graphics, logos, marketing materials, software code, and text — is the property of jililive 1 or its licensed content partners. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from jililive 1.

Privacy: The collection, storage, and use of personal data provided during registration and account use is governed by jililive 1's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

Governing law: These Terms & Conditions and all disputes arising from them shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. jililive 1 is committed to resolving all Player disputes fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner. For unresolved complaints, Players may submit a formal complaint in writing to [email protected].

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
